Online Biz Direct web presence packages are fully managed and fully supported. We don't expect you to be a web designer or Internet guru. You will be much happier when you are free to focus on your business letting us do the rest.

I already have a website will you help me get more traffic?

We are not able to provide our services a-la-carte. We would be happy to build a complete application for you or refer you to one of several companies who specialize in the service for which you are looking.

Will you host and maintain my existing website?

We host and maintain only sites that are created by Online Biz Direct. We are not able to provide our services a-la-carte. We would be happy to build a complete application for you or refer you to one of several companies who specialize in the service for which you are looking.

Will you provide hosting and marketing services if I have my site designed by somebody else?

Our websites are provided as a complete package with a very specific set of server based applications. We are not able to work with outside designers and find that most web designers are very unfamiliar with any programming and search engine techniques at all.

After you design my website can I host it anywhere?

Once your website is complete you are under no obligation to keep it with Online Biz Direct. You are free to move at any time. However, we are not able to provide any assistance, guarantees or related services during or after the move.

How will people find out about my website?

You should begin advertising your web address everywhere possible. Print it on every piece of stationary, invoices, email signatures, business cards and swag.

Our search engine marketing packages are tailored to get your site noticed online.

Will my website be found in the search engines?

Your website will automatically be indexed by most of the major search engines (e.g. Google, MSN, Yahoo) so when people search for your website by name they will find you.

In order to be found for particular “keyword” searches (e.g. Car Sales Fargo) you will want to select our Internet marketing package. We will optimize your pages for these targeted keywords and submit your site to the search engines for indexing.

How will I know if people are actually visiting website?

We have two different types of web stats available to you, basic and enhanced. All of our websites come with basic statistics allowing you to view usage data for each of your visitors.

Enhanced visitor tracking is also available which provides you with in depth visitor information. You will know how they found you, how long they visited and what they did while they were there.
